At A-Z Appliance Parts, we prioritize fast and efficient shipping to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within one business day.
Orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To prevent delays and ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address before submitting payment. We can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
- Address Changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
- Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

International Customers – Please Read Before Purchasing

We are happy to serve international customers and offer shipping options worldwide. However, please note the following:
This policy applies only to international orders—any orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, Mexico, and other countries.
Shipping Costs
Some international orders may require additional shipping fees, while others may not. If additional fees apply, we will contact you with the details. If we do not receive a response within 2 days, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Customs & Duties
If applicable, the receiver is responsible for paying all duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by their country’s customs authorities. We do not collect duties, tariffs, or import taxes at checkout. Customers must be aware of any applicable fees before ordering. We strictly adhere to customs regulations and will never undervalue a shipment or mark it as a gift.
Refused Deliveries & No Refunds
If an international customer refuses to pay applicable duties and tariffs, the carrier will contact us to ask if we want to cover the charges. We will instruct the carrier to dispose of the shipment, and no refund will be issued.
Delivery Times & Customs Delays
International shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Customs clearance processes may cause delays beyond our control. We encourage customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tariff estimates before ordering.
Order Feasibility
In certain cases, particularly with low-value items, shipping costs may be disproportionately high. If this occurs, we may reach out to discuss available options before proceeding with the order.
