All of our parts are tested upon removal and were obtained from fully functional appliances.
Do you offer warranty?
Used parts come with a history of wear and tear that varies from piece to piece. It's challenging to predict how long a used part will continue to function compared to a new part. Once a used part leaves our facility and is installed, we have limited control over its usage and maintenance. Factors like installation methods, environmental conditions, and appliance age can affect the part's longevity.
Thus, we do not offer warranties on used parts, and we only accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund. You can then place a new order for a different part.
How do I view my order status?
You will receive an email upon shipment of your item containing the tracking number for your order. You can also use our Order Lookup tool to receive details on your order.
How long does shipping take?
We process and ship orders the same or next business day. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
