All returns are subject to inspection. Factory date codes and serial numbers will be matched and compared to the original listing. All items will be checked to ensure the presence of our UV mark. Items damaged due to improper installation will not be refunded. We test all of our items for full functionality, however if there is an issue with your item, please message us and we will be be happy to work with you and find a solution or replacement.
